Palmer Morewood
Palmer Morewood held its annual Christmas Party last evening (10th December) and we were delighted to be able to provide a little entertainment to get things under way. Alexanders Band and Let It Be Me got things off to a good start, a monologue from secretary John Stamp, a solo from Colin Smith, a bit of humour with Mick Mullarkey, some fun with sleeping lions (and jungle noises), then a trip to the barricades for Les Misérables. A couple of join in Christmas songs were rounded off with the favourite, You’ll Never Walk Alone. This was followed by a rush for the , as usual, excellent buffet supplied by Cherylene. A most enjoyable evening.
