Lisa Smith
Lisa Harding joined the choir as assistant accompanist in March 2003. She had recently been appointed Organist at St. Martin's Parish Church, Alfreton. In Nov 2004 Lisa left St. Matin's to become Organist at a church in Rotherham.
On 29th Dec. 2007 We were privileged to sing at Lisa’s wedding to Ian Smith
We wish her all the best for the future
Lisa is a pianist, organist and oboist.
Mary Alton
Mary joined the Alfreton and District MVC as accompanist when Clifford Naylor retired through ill health after 25yrs service to the choir as pianist/ organist and 2nd Tenor (Clifford died in Mar. 2001). Mary a pianist and violinist as played violin in local orchestras and in quartets, she is the pianist for her local schools and for music teachers in the area. She has been accompanist for several choirs on a permanent or relief basis. whilst with 'Alfreton' she has also been one of Pye Hill and District MVC's two accompanists.
